Replaced two keyboards on a MacBook Pro and Air. The staff was friendly and did on the spot diagnostics of a suspected... failed hard drive which helped a lot (I'm replacing it myself). Even though I waited a couple of days, the staff kindly answered my calls to update the repair and called the next day as soon as it was ready. They also had a new charger cable on hand to replace the disintegrating one. Old school service, transparent pricing as on website. Happy to recommend this hard working small business!read more
